Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve an inflatable and event date. Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Inflatables are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. The remaining balance is due by delivery unless otherwise approved. Prices may vary based on location, rental duration, inflatable selection, and setup requirements. Cancellation Policy: All deposits are nonrefundable. Date or inflatable changes are subject to availability and approval. No refunds will be issued after delivery or setup. If unsafe weather prevents the rental, Peralta’s Rental Empire will determine available rescheduling or credit options based on the circumstances. Waitlist Policy: If an inflatable or event date is unavailable, customers may request to join the waitlist at no charge. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee availability or reserve equipment. If an opening becomes available, customers will be contacted in waitlist order and given a deadline to submit the required deposit. If the deposit is not received by that deadline, the opening may be offered to the next customer.
